Since Buster, and by association, all dogs, are gaining intelligence, it would make sense that Buster would be the one who would be noticing what's going on, right?

Here's another question for you: How do dogs and humans actually switch?

That is, do dogs actually physically transform into humans and humans physically into dogs?

Or do humans and dogs only change slightly, just switching statuses in society? What I mean is, the humans remain human looking, just turning into the pets of this new world, while dogs have slight changes that make them the dominant species on Earth.
