When you spy the dog collar, you notice the golden stitching on it, as well as this weird foreign writing on it. You take it up to the old asian lady in charge of this garage sale.
"So, what does this mean?" you ask her.
"Ahh, this collar means that you have a special connection with your dog. You love your dog very much, and you want to experience its joys as much as it wants to experience yours."
You look at this lady weird. This was probably all stupid bull, but, hey, $2:50 wasn't bad for a nice looking collar.
"Eh, I'll take it." You say. You pay up and leave. The old lady has a toothy grin.
You quickly return home and are overjoyed you hear your rambunctious Beagle, Buster, barking for your return. You open the door and smile.
"Hey there Buster, I got a surprise for you!" you say, and you quickly put the collar on him.
"There you go buddy! Now we have some sort of special connection or something."
You smile at Buster and go about your merry way, not noticing the collar glowing a weird, blue color.
