Powers: Super speed and teleportation, immunity to electrocution and manipulation of electricity. Now for her feet, you call this the Proton effect. Her feet have the passive ability of being irresistible to people who dont have a foot fetish, for this reason, you make her at least wear socks at all times. Because anyone who so much as looks at her bare feet will be hopelessly attracted to them, with the effects getting worse if they smell, touch or lick them. Honestly she has great potential to be a supervillain because of her secondary power, but she likes to be on the side of good so all is well. If a normal person saw her bare feet, it'd go something like "Wendy. Could you put your socks back on... your... incredibly sexy feet... mmm... Mind if I touch them for a bit?"
Weaknesses: Water will short out her electrical powers when she's charged up. Also the typical speedster weaknesses: Slippery or sticky floors.
Other Info: 5'7, Blonde, Blue Eyes, Caucasian. On occasion you allow her to run at superspeed while barefoot and let Liz (Kinetica) chase after her just cause it's fun to watch.
