Ring of the Mind Thief

Ring of the Mind Thief- When Ranma touchs someone while wearing the ring it starts draining their intelligence into him. Depending on how smart the person is it can take up to a week for the person to reach bimbo levels. Some things can still be retained such as domestic skills like cooking, and cleaning. A side effect of Ranma holding part of the mind of a person, is an inability to not believe what Ranma says as an absolute truth, even if it goes against all they still know or remember.
