Harry decides to test out the book by writing down the following rules.

1: All female students cannot wear any clothing besides linager, shoes, and accessories.
2: Transfiguration as a punishment especially male to female is encouraged.
3: All students must wear a collar which will monitor and control said punishment.
4: The great a witch's power the bigger her bustline.
5: Only the writer of a rule can change it.

Looking at what he wrote Harry decides to go see if anything changed.
