Harry was walking through the corridor near the room of requirement. He had just tried asking Ginny out and had been rejected. He was feeling pretty shit, and was taking a walk to try and clear his head. 'Ugh,' he moaned 'I wish there was a way for me to win over Ginny.' Shortly after he said this, heard a grinding sound and the door to The Room of Requirement appeared.
Harry cautiously opened the door and entered the room. It was empty save for an old, leather bound book. On the cover, embossed in gold, were the words ''BOOK OF RULES''
He opened it up and words started appearing on the page. ''You have discovered the Hogwarts Book of Rules and with it have gained full use of its powers. Whatever is written between these covers shall become so. If you would like to make an amendment to to rules, or change them completely, you must only write that rule here. Likewise, should you choose to describe a student, whether to make a change to their behavior or some other such matter you only need to write it down. These descriptions can change the way a student thinks, as well as the way they look. All changes made in this book can be used to alter staff as well as students. Any change you make in this book will seem completely normal to all but you, unless you desire otherwise.Use this well, use this wisely...''
