Erolus is a nation that was recently founded. Known as the melting pot of human culture Erolusians pride themselves in science, magic, and agriculture. The people of Erolus are also fervently religious. They don't serve one god or goddess, but all of them. This is especially true of the Goddess of Tryzantium and Ordin of Ordania. Many people who visit the nation assume that the reason why Erolusians do this is that they are literally in the middle of the two nations. Others say that Erolusians are the few people that adhere to the scriptures of where the two deities are husband and wife. Regardless, Erolusians make it their duty not to anger the gods lest they themselves get cursed with some horrible curse.
Erolusians are also known to capture werewolves and other lycanthropes. Erolusians train lycanthropes by placing silver collars around necks. Many of the other nations question the sanity and ethics of such practices. Other races believe that out of all human ethnicities, Erolusians are just plain bonkers. They even claim that the ruling monarch is a certified psycho, which is true. Upon ascending the throne the king and queen are blessed with an overabundance of knowledge. The intellectual overflow gradually causes the monarch's mind to become warped. If a monarch's sanity reaches a point where they go feral or where they start talking backwards they are mercifully killed to alleviate them of their burden.
Erolusians also experiment in advancing the fields of magic. As a result they have pioneered the road for other magic users to emerge. Out of the new magic careers created: druids, spell fencers, telepaths, summoners, mediums, and magic berserkers are the most notable. There are also rumors of a new order or two of wizardry are currently being researched. The advance of such magical fields have ensured that the monarchs can better control their psychosis. Some monarchs even become telepaths so they can peer into the minds of others.
