She heard something down the hall

Just then, and she didn't know how, she heard a sound from down the hall. She put some clothes on, and found the source of the sound to be coming from one (or both?) of her kids' rooms. She pushed one of their doors open a crack, and was shocked to see this child wearing nothing but a diaper! And using it!
