Ichigo didn't bother making any physical changes to Orihime, but knew she needed more confidence. He didn't let it show, but he knew of her feelings for him, and he returned them. He was just too busy with Hollows, Arrancars, etc. to pursue a relationship.

"Alright, Orihime, when I snap my fingers, you will snap out of this trance. When you are out of the trance, you will become more confident, and confess your true feelings to me, and let me touch your body whenever I want. Understand?" Orihime nodded to show she did. "Alright. 3, 2, 1, awake!" *snap*

Orihime snapped out of her trance, and looked at him blushing.

"Ichigo, I love you!" she blurted, slamming her lips against his.

Ichigo returned the kiss, and let his hands travel south as they took this to the bedroom. Once there, they started removing their clothes.
