Sarah entered the house thinking she was Ben. She went off to her room to look for something 'nice' to wear. She started to look for a pair of boxers. But all she found were briefs. Not only that but most of her briefs were very worn. It took some digging to find the brief that was the least worn. At least this pair didn't have any holes in it. Next she looked for some 'nice' pants but found mostly jeans and sweat pants. There were also some pants that she wore for work. She found the best of those and put them on. They were tight around the hips but loose at the waist. She had to use a belt to keep her pants up. Not that that helped much since they were way too long and had to be folded to make cuffs.
There was a similar problem when it came to finding a proper shirt. T-shirts abounded, but shirts with buttons were hard to find. Dr. Zamboni was right, how was she going to get a job when she didn't even own any proper clothes. Black socks were the easiest to find but her shoes were too big. She decided to finish the look with a tie. It seemed that even the neck hold on her shirt was too big for her.
Looking at her face, she noticed her lips were a bit red. She reasoned it must have come from something she ate. She washed the makeup off her face and then looked at her hair. Her hair was in her opinion very long. After tomorrow she decided it would never be long again and certainly not as long as it now was. Her hair was greying, but she thought it would give her a distinguished look for her new job. She was gong to cut her hair very short. Probably tightly cut on the sides and no more than a half inch long on the top.
When she was dressed, she found some garbage bags and took all her old clothes and threw them haphazardly in. She saved one outfit for tomorrow when she would buy a new wardrobe, but everything else was thrown in the trash.
