"Hey Tom." Tina shouted from the diving board.
"What's up?"
"Check this out. I've been practicing my cannonballs." Tina smiled.
Tom watched as she bounced on the diving board. He was distracted by her bouncing tits. He felt so wrong just staring at them. He was too much in a daze to realize Tina had bounced off the diving board, and was cannon balling in his direction.
"CANNONBALL." Tina shouted before she splashed in the water on top of Tom.
When she rose her head above the water, her expression was one of pure ecstasy.
"Tom?" Tina asked looking around, drunk on pleasure.
Tina looked around and saw her brother was nowhere in sight.
After feeling the shift inside her, she dragged herself to the shallow end of the pool, finding it kind of hard for some reason.
When she stood up on her own two legs, she looked down and nearly screamed seeing the massive belly hanging from her torso with something moving inside.
"Tom, where are you. I need your help and I'm scared." Tina exclaimed.
"I'm in here Tina." Tom's voice reverberated from inside her mind.
"Tom, how did you get in there?" Tina asked in shock as she felt the vibrations of his voice.
"You landed on top of me and I slid right in by the hole." Tom though. "I don't know how this is possible. Mom said that you can never return to the womb after leaving it."
In her panic, Tina goes to her room and lays on her bed and changes her clothes. When she look at her swimsuit, there's no hole at it. She then fell asleep.
When she woke up, there's a knock at the door.
Tina walk to the front door and wondered who could be knocking at her door on Saturday. She wasn't expecting any of her friends, nor was Tom's as far as she knew. When she opened it she saw...
