Your mom is now ready to give birth to Jane, who you are inside. The waters around Jane break and she is about to be birthed.

As Jane is being birthed you also feel the movement, since you are inside Jane. You are the same size as Jane, making Jane's belly as big as she is herself. As you feel Jane being birthed, you hear your mother say 'Hey, this newborn has a bit of a belly! Must be one of those rare coincidences with conjoined twins blah blah blah'

You know when Jane is fully birthed because you hear a loud 'pop!'.

"Now what on earth is in this girl's belly?" says your mother, confused.

You look down at yourself, you look exactly like a normal foetus except you still seem to have the intelligence and instincts of a normal boy. What you wonder though is if you will be born like this or if you will simply grow back into how you used to be.

What happens next?

You have the following choices:

1. Jane starts to give birth to you
