A Growing Boy

Donna had been reading some parenting magazines as of late, and learned of a high protein snack that would help Rallo grow. She started buying boxes and handing them to him whenever he felt hungry. What they both didn't know is that Rallo is only supposed to eat one of the cookies per day! So soon enough, any extra protein quickly got turned into fat.

After about a week of this, Rallo tosses aside an empty box, patting his now stuffed gut as he groaned.
"Man, I'm getting pretty big. When's any of this gonna make me taller?"
The button on his shorts pop off.
"Uurrpp! Ugh, maybe I should cut back or something."
Suddenly his stomach growled, in a mix of being stuffed beyond capacity, yet still hungry.

What should Rallo do?
