Chapter #6
Start developing
by: Unknown
Upon reaching this stage, the cell will start growing at the usual pace of a developing fetus and 9 months later, will be ready to be given birth as if they were the castor's own child. In order to prevent this, the individual must be removed from the castor's womb before the spell runs out, which is estimated to be around 5 hours. After that the castor's womb becomes "locked" in a sense and more individuals can be inserted, but the first will not be able to leave.
Conditions for spell: The individual that is being casted upon must be asleep for mages who have not mastered the technique. Afterwards, the spell may be used while the individual is awake. The castor must have the required magic power to perform the spell or it will disperse and drain the castor of all their magical energy. Individual is not required to be injured to have the spell performed on them.
Side effects: The castor will temporarily gain extra anatomy that the individual has, but the castor lacks (reproductive organs not included, limited to wings, tails, etc). The castor will gain access to the individual's magic and be able to perform their spells as well. Both magics and gained anatomy last until the individual is rebirthed, be it 5 hours later or the one year of combined regression and growth into a newborn. May experience increase in height, breasts, and hips.
Wendy couldn't believe what she had just read. A spell that could heal any injury in only 5 hours? It might be extremely inappropriate, but to be able to accomplish that was astounding. She heard Charla snore on her lap, causing her to look away from the papers. Doing so, she saw that the sun was starting to set and that she should probably turn in for the night. However, it looked like she might have enough light left in the day to give the spell a try before heading home. Does she go home or stay up a little while and try out the spell?
