Option 1: One morning, Lucy discovers she is pregnant, but she does not know who the father is. She and her friends believe that she would have fallen pregnant during the festival, which had gathered the guild Fairy Tail, Blue Pegasus, Lamia Scale and Sabertooth. They will investigate to find out who is the father.

Option 2: She meets an old man during a visit to the hospital and discuss with him.
He tells her she reminds him and his late wife he could never have a child. Touched by her story, she decided to give it a moment of sweetness and perhaps the child he desired so many.
