When it comes to a Quarian's suit in terms of waste management, either from urine or fecal matter, it generally took care of everything. It does not get rid off the sensation to urinate, but it generally breaks down any fecal matter in the person's body before actually needing to be excreted from the users body. But, aside from simple protection of the skin and a breathing apparatus, Tali has gotten rid of most suit functions, including waste management.
