Sarah worked part time at a small clothing store in downtown Toronto. It was within reasonable distance of where she lived and in the current economy she was happy to have any job at all. she was talking to a customer trying to help them find the type of cloth they were looking for, a process made unusually difficult by the customers vague requests, when she felt a pressure in her stomach. Sarah was already on thin ice with her employers because of her 'gas attacks' and she had been warned that if she wound up scaring off another customer she would be fired.
