While on the surface it might look like both Bear and Hog are getting what they want out of the facility, the relationship between the two has become cold and distant. Hog's own selfish greed to grow bigger and lazier has really hurt the relationship. Hog doesn't even need Bear any more to get off, a few rocks on top of his giant gut sets off his rolls and causes his great pleasure. Bear has his doubts that he could even pleasure Hog the way food does any more.
