"So what are these rules then?" Jake asked. "The first rule is simple were only allowed to tell family members about our abilities." Jake listened as Sally explained the rules. " We can't tell our friends no matter how much we want to, but since family members especially girls. Since they are more likely to have powers as well." Jake nodded. "That kind of stinks not being able to tell your friends." Sally quickly responds. "It may stink, but there are friends who changed simply because they wanted to misuse our abilities." Sally then continued. "Which brings me to the second rule. "No casting spells to harm innocent people. It's a simple rule, but as I've said before the rules are there for a reason. This one in particular was the cause of many witch hunts."
