Rhea's magic was beginning to take place.

Annabeth was first to wake up.
"Oh man... My head", she groaned. Looking around, she spotted Thalia who was still unconscious. However, Annabeth noticed some changes to Thalia. She no longer glowed with the Blessing of Artemis, and her Hunter gear had disappeared, leaving Thalia in a black t-shirt and ripped jeans.
"If Rhea really did take away Artemis' blessing, then... Oh, no", realized Annabeth.

Looking over at Thalia, she saw that her belly was slowly pushing out and her breasts were doing the same. Thalia stirred, but did not awaken.
Looking at her own belly, Annabeth saw that it too was expanding. She also felt her breasts filling with, what she assumed, was milk.
A couple of minutes had passed, during which both girls were still growing. Thalia still hadn't awakened, but she was starting to mumble. Her belly was starting to push her t-shirt up while her breasts had stopped growing at D-Cups, or something close to that.
Annabeth's belly was starting to show slightly, but her breasts were still growing. They had gone past D-Cups, meaning Annabeth had to get rid of her bra altogether. She also felt small deposits of fat starting to form around her body, particularly on her ass and thighs. Judging by the way Thalia's jeans were stretching, the same was happening to her.
After another couple of minutes...
