Mystic Witch.

On the screen, the woman said, "If you are seeing this, then tomorrow, at the moment you turn 18, you will become a Mystic Witch and gain great powers."

"A Mystic Witch?" curious, eve asked. "What is that?"

As if sensing your question from the grave, the voice stated, "A Mystic Witch is the highest level of witch anyone can achieve and her powers have no equal other than those of divine power. This is my gift you, my daughter, use your new found powers well and wisely." after a pause, she added, "There are strict rules to these powers, you will find them in the black book I had told you never to touch. That book is now yours."

With that, the video ended and eve saw a fine smoke spewing from the DVD player. With a gasp, she hit eject and saw that the DVD had become nothing but smoke that blew out of the player and was gone as if it never existed.
