“Stop him!!” yells a police officer, chasing after me. I ran keep running and running as far as I could, and no matter what turn I made, what route I took, I the police were always after me.
See I grew up a on the bad side of town. I had a mom and dad, the problem is their both in jail for selling drugs. That happened when I were seven. I had grandparents so I stayed with them, but as usual they didn’t even notice I was there half the time. School was no savor either, cause then I ran into some of the gangs and I keep getting into fights and shit like that. Going home half the time, the grandparents lock me out, or yell “Get the Hell off our porch stranger.” I learned how to pick locks after the first week of school. Learned out to take hits the second, and by the third week I was suspended for all the fights. When y grandparents got a foreclosure letters and note, I had to help out but how? Then I remembered where some of the rich people lived. An hour long walk to them, half an hour, of searching, and another hour to get home, I would have three hundred bucks at least. Sure it was stealing, but it’s for a good cause, right?
Well after a few years of doing this, one night, someone put in an alarm system and the moment I got the door unlocked, it went off. After that day everyone one of the rich folks got alarm systems. Tonight tough, the cops had a stake out and were waiting for me. The moment the alarm went off, the chase began. They chased me into some park, I keep telling my legs to run, but they stopped. I feel to the ground, I turned over and the first thing I see is a shooting star. I’ve never seen one before, something about it seemed so, magical. I look around and see the cops coming, the next thing sort of came out on accident, “I wish I was somewhere else.” Then everything started to light up. I have no clue what happened but I was sitting in a park on moment, the next moment, I was sitting in a desert.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, I felt something hit me on the head it made me blacked out. When I woke up I was….
