A/N; Okay before continuing with this route, Lets see about clearing something up.

In the previous chapter, it was said that the 7 year old grew into a large pregnant lady, as if she aged up, but it wasn't clarified, and almost comes off as if she was still 7 but with a huge octoplet sized belly.

So, I want to put some options here to figure that out, if you want to either continue with Sara as a 7 year old, or jump that ship and make her older then that.

You have the following choices:

1. Sara is still 7
