Kazehana wasn't sure what was going on until she looked down and saw that her breasts were starting to inflate like balloons as they started filling up her dress more:
Minato: Oh my, Kazehana you're breasts are getting bigger!
Kazehana: I can't believe what I'm seeing as there's no way this is real!
Kazehana placed her hands on her ballooning boobs hoping that the whole thing was a dream but unfortunately for her it was not since Kazehana could feel her breasts filling up with helium just like if they were their own party balloons:
Kazehana: This is strange yet oddly enjoyable at the same time as I wonder how big my boobs are going to get?
Minato: That question will be answered in due time since it doesn't look they're going to stop anytime soon!
However as Kazehana watched her own boobs pump up before her very eyes, she quickly realized that if they didn't stop inflating that her breasts would eventually explode:
Kazehana: Minato, we've got to stop this now!
Minato: Why, Kazehana?
Kazehana: Because if we don't, my breasts will burst!
