Powers: Ability to control plants.

Personality: Jia Li Wong was an immigrant from the Far East, she was tricked by a mad scientist into being one of his experiments, now calling herself Flora she is an Eco-Terrorist who seeks revenge on those who would harm the Earth

Appearance: Due the the experiments performed on her, Flora has bright green eyes and green head fur, she wears a bathing suit made out of leaves as her costume.
