Description: His costume is that he wears a altered milatary uniform with body armor for protection, he wears a bandana over his eyes with eyeholes to see. His signiture weapon is a wrist-whip. A wristband with an unbreakable fiberwire that extends when he flicks his wrist. Not only does it used like a bullwhip, but it can easily grab, and ties up crooks. Underneith his bandana is a high tech helmet with a wireless access to a crime computer and most of the gadgets he uses such as a tracer chip launched from his wrist device in for tracking crooks.
