Personality:He`s not much of a talker and has a real cold outlook on things.He would prefer to laze around instead of fighting crime.He`s not really much of a hero but he certainly isnt a villain.He enjoys very little and at times its bringing other people down that can put him in a good mood.To put it easily he`s pesimistic,cynical,lazy and amoral.He could always control fire but he wasnt always a dragon when he was younger he was abducted by the military and experimented on.They thought that they had created a cold blooded killer but to their dismay he was very unmotivated.He escaped after they deemed him a failure and tried to kill him and has been seeking sanctuary in New Wolf City ever since then.
Description:He wears a leather jacket that is torn at the elbows and shoulders because of spikes that emerge there.He wears black pants torn at the knees due to more spikes and torn at the back because of his tail.His shoes are torn because of claws on his feet.Finally he wears a gas mask.
Physically he is strong,but he isnt ripping with muscles, he is pretty skinny.He has two horns on his head.His tail is long and whip like and he has full use of it.He doesnt have wings because he escaped before the experimenting got that far.Due to his fire powers he can breath it or use it from his hands.His clothes are fire proof.Despite the use of his tail as a whip he carries an actual whip with him as his weapon of choice.
