Personality: A failed comic turned criminal, he's a flunky for a crime boss until he was left behind on a chemical plant caper, he was double crossed and left for dead, now totally insane, he became the super criminal known as the Hyena.

Description: He wears a blue and white striped suit with a flower on the lapel, in which emits a gas that causes anyone gassed to laugh uncontrollably.
