Several months had passed after the events involving their adventure that would have caused The Doctor to be separated from Rose, if he had not gained help in saving her. In those events, together, they simply spent time residing in that which was called "The Tardis", floating about with nothing to do. Unfortunately for Rose, after saving her with help from a few other allies, The Doctor learned from Rose what her feelings were for him, only for him to reveal he did not have the same feelings for her, with an explanation being made as to why. Though Rose understood and accepted, she felt very depressed, secretly. That was why, during their time in The Tardis, whenever she was by herself, she would use one of the small movable machines within The Tardis owned by The Doctor that could bring into being any kind of food that she wanted, with it for her being "snacks and junk-food". She didn't care, though. Though despite it looking like the kind "made by humans from Earth as she had come from", they were also had "more in calories" and were "more addicting" and not only did Rose not care, but she was also "officially hooked". Since then, she started indulging herself, frequently while by herself while The Doctor was by himself entertaining himself in whatever room he was from inside the Tardis with Rose doing the same, only by herself with whatever food she had. She made no messes, fortunately. She was good mannered. But, these foods she had included chips of many types, candy bars, candy of chocolate types, cookies of various types in shapes and toppings, etc., cakes, "high-in-calories non-sweet types" from hot-dogs, burgers, and other types, along with "desert types" like "cake" and "ice cream". Very little of it went into her "hips", "breasts" and "backside", the third of which was slightly "bubbly", while a huge amount of it went into her "stomach" which now was becoming "a belly". She, however, paid no heed to it. Instead, she just continued to indulge herself. Eventually, some months later, she had on her lap a huge bowl with enough ice cream of various chocolate and vanilla types to satisfy a hugely wealthy family with lots of guests in an incredibly wealthy "Victorian Times Wealthy Home" and a huge platter with a huge hole cake rather than a single slice,, using a spoon for both while in a "living room place" in the Tardis while having a "movable object" to get them to appear. She had been eating it up, and by eventually it was all gone. Her belly had soon become so big, it made her look "pregnant with 40 kids". She hiccuped, and then laid down on her back after using the machine to make the now empty dishes disappear before hiccuping some more. Eventually, after a nap, she used a nearby "remote" like object to scan her weight, even though it was out of curiosity rather than concern for her own weight, discovering that she had now weighed ...
