Ichigo was on the beach when he saw Yoruichi.

"Hey Ichigo." Yoruichi said as she smiled and waved at him.

"Yoruichi, how can I see you. Oh wait, a gigai." Ichigo said.

"Yeah, so would you like to regain your powers?" Yoruichi said.

"Sure, I would want them back. Please teach me." Ichigo said.

"Since nobody is here, we can start. Just follow my lead." Yoruichi said as she put her hands in a formation.

Ichigo followed Yoruichi's commands.

"Like this?" Ichigo said.

"Yeah, like that."
