One day in domino city Rebecca Hawkins was walking down the street. She was wearing her usual outfit, a blue blouse with an orange bow attached to the front, a miniskirt that hung from her waist and knee high socks and shoes. Her hair was in twin ponytails and she was wearing her red glasses
"Time to see my precious Yugipoo" Rebecca said happily. Despite being a college student she was still a little girl who had a big crush on Yugi and squeeled like one too. Even if she was more intelligent than the average 12 year old being skilled with computers to a high degree as well a dueling prodigy she couldn't help but like dolls, flowers and other little girl stuff. However when it came to her crush she had some competition, Tea. Rebecca and Tea have been competing for Yugi's love since the day she met her. She rival's Tea, but likes her for her tenacity.
Rebecca was on her way to meet Yugi in the city, her freckled face smiling like a giddy schoolgirl, which is what she is. she practically skipped down the sidewalk happily when she saw something that caught her eye. "Huh, what's that" she said as she saw something blowing in the wind. Looking closer she saw it was a duel monsters card. She watched as it twisted and turned in the air and finally settled down on the ground in front of her gently, almost as though it wanted her to pick it up.
"That's weird, cards don't just fly through the air like that" Rebecca said as she picked up the card with her little fingers. Fidgeting with her glasses using her other hand she examined the card. "And they certainly aren't blank either" she said.
Suddenly the card began glowing in her hand. Rebecca closed her eyes in surprise as she was blinded by a bright light that blasted through the card.
