Sakura laid on her stomach so her butt was facing up. She pulled her skirt up, again revealing her butt to her soon-to-be slave.

Naruto quickly obeyed the simple command. He got on the couch and laid on his belly so his legs were dangling slightly uncomfortably over the side. He put his hands on Sakura's butt cheeks to steady himself, and marveled at how soft and perfect they felt to his touch.

As a matter of fact, considering how many times he had saved her life and the differences in their power, it was a little embarrassing to have to say. But he did not want to move his hands. This was definitely a price he was willing to pay."
"Good boy." Sakura cooed. "And you can still refer to me casually every now and then, but you'll have to read the mood. If you don't think I'll mind, go ahead. But just know that I expect you to refer to me with a title the vast majority of the time."
"Yes Lady Sakura."
Sakura grinned. She got a power rush just from hearing Naruto refer to her in such a way. "Now I believe you have an ass to kiss. As I said earlier, resume."
"Yes mam!" Naruto again rested his face in Sakura's perfect butt and resumed kissing. He was aware that kissing a butt was a sign of submission, but he didn't care. This was worth it for his current view.
Sakura watched Naruto kiss her butt for a while before turning her head forward and closing her eyes. She loved the feeling of having the most powerful man in the entire world kiss her butt. She had Naruto worship her ass for another hour before deciding to move on.
