Naruto didn't know what she was going to do with it. Anko saw his curiosity and smirked. "This is how you are going to breathe Naruto, only it won't be as easy as that." Naruto was confused until she stuffed one end of the tube into his mouth. Anko then applied adhesive tape to the Leaf's hero's face. Naruto's nose and mouth were completely sealed tight, the only way he was breathing was through the tube taped to his mouth.
Anko pressed her thumb on her end of the air tube, and then watched Naruto slowly suffocate. She straddled his chest, letting Naruto feel the compression as well as the lack of air. Naruto knew escape was futile, he was completely at Anko's mercy. Anko watched as Naruto's face turned colors. "Want to breathe?" The sadistic T&I specialist laughed as Naruto's frantic eye movements. She took a deep drag of another cigarette and then released her end of the tube. Before any clean air could get in she exhaled her smoke directly into the breathing tube.
Naruto's eyes welled with tears from the sudden toxic smoke. What the hell? He was a ninja how was smoke hurting him so much? His lungs felt like they had just been lit on fire. Anko laughed, "Ah my special little cigs, Naruto-kun - I am the snake mistress of the leaf. Poison doesn't hurt me... but I do like the flavor of it in my lungs. Your poor gaki lungs probably can't handle it.
Naruto needed to breath more then ever, he tried to exhale the toxic fumes from his seared lungs but Anko had cruelly blocked the air hose again with her thumb. Naruto shuddered in agony, was this how he was going to die? He prayed to kami that this wasn't all there was as Akno's cruel laughter chased him into unconsciousness.
