Erin needed a plan, she decided in the crowded school hallway. Gretchen wouldn't leave her alone today, not as vulnerable as she was. Or would she? Maybe she would just hang the threat of disaster over her head like the sword of Damocles, and let her wait in terror and panic for the public embarrassment that would never happen. It was psychological torture! But even Gretchen wouldn't be that evil, would she?
No, she was much, much worse.
Gretchen grabbed her arms from behind her and reached down and pulled up her skirt for everyone to see. "Attention, student body," she announced as Erin struggle in vain to break free and to get her skirt back down. "As you may see, Erin is not wearing underwear. Why she is wearing a miniskirt without underwear, I don't know. Maybe she just likes to show off." Some of the boys in the crowd started taking pictures. "Please do not judge her harshly by her exhibitionist tendencies, and just have fun and behave yourselves."
Gretchen let go and Erin fell to the ground, red faced with shame.
