Peri's breasts began growing immediately

After she stood up, she had to explain to the Doctor what happened, "I got bored and it felt like my hand was just magnitised to the console, I pressed the button and then I fell unconscious." she began stroking and trying to straighten her pink latex shirt and then she felt a tightness on her chest, she grabbed her breasts and she felt a strange sensation coming from them. The Doctor was shocked and confused why Peru decided to grab her breasts.

Then Peri's DD breasts began swelling and increasing in size, "Doctor, can you see that as well?!" she yelled, worried but slightly enjoying the growth. Her breasts stretched the latex and her nipples were more pointy and pushed the latex even further. It seemed that as they grew, the sensitivity of her breasts and nipples had increased as well, now the latex fabric was putting Peri in a small jump to stop the pleasure run through her and completely drain her. They soon stopped growing at EE cup breasts. All she did was flick her new nipples and suddenly her knees buckled and she fell to the ground, as she fell she moaned loudly.

The Doctor quickly dropped down and pulled Peri up, but to pull her up, he accidentally pressed his arm into her new assets and she screamed even more. She regained control of her feet and was walking very slowly because the latex fabric had began touching and feeling her breasts so much that it was putting her on the edge.
