Prison guards need to take charge

"Bzzzzz" " uhh sir Ms.Song has escaped again" said a man from a speaker on the prison wardens desk. " darn how dose she always get out, there has to be a way to keep her in her cell "The warden said. Reaching over to the Botton on the speaker, he he called for a meeting on how they would keep River locked away for good.

Later at the meeting

" Alright " yelled the warden as he slammed his hand on the table " There has to be a
way to keep River Song from escaping for good". One man raised his hand " I thing I
might have an idea that could keep her locked up, as you can see from this scale model of her cell, we can increase the strength of her wall here" he said pointing to the 3 walls that surround the room " we can use an all new material, that is one of if not the strongest material in the universe" . The warden scratching his chin " hum that sounds not to bad of an idea but it all depends on what you are going to make the walls out of"
" oh that is vary simple the walls will be made out of... graphene" (Google it) " oh why didn't you say so" said the warden in a sarcastic tone " we'll just add it to the other four layers of graphene we have" said the warden getting a bit upset. Warden walked around the table and put his hand on the man presenting his idea, looking at him then at the rest of the room " dose any one else think it would be a good idea to add a fifth layer to the wall " silence was all that could be heard in the room " well the "continued the warden as he walked back to his seat " dose any one else have an idea that dose not involve construction".
