Beauty vs the Beast (or you inside the beast)

You somehow managed to enter the nerd's body just in time and gained control over his body. His body began to shake a little and as you open your new eyes and gain your bearings, you look up to see the woman's gun pointed at your head, using some of your mixed martial arts you learned from your father, you managed to wrestle the woman's gun out of her hand and pointed it at her. The woman was in awe of the your body's quickness and quickly got a knife from her side pocket and slashed your hand, losing the gun as you flicked the gun across the room. "Ow fuck that hurt" you said in your new body still amazed by your new nerdy voice. "So looks like your ugly fuck got some balls huh"? The woman said as she got in a CQC like stance. She was as dangerous as she was sexy. You had training in MMA, but you were only a novice at best. The other people took this time to ran outside, with nobody left in the bank, you didn't have to worry about the hostages getting in the way, still this women was dangerous and your host has got an cut on his now your hand. You feel bad and didn't want an innocent life loss because you wanted to play hero. It was just you and the woman who is now holding a knife and she looks like she knows what she's doing. Possibly a high ranking spy or something. You need to play this smart, what should you do. On one hand you didn't want any more pain or even a death on your hands with the nerd's body, you also can try and take her down with his huge strong body. You have two choices depossess the nerd and try and possess the woman before she can kill the nerd's body or try and fight her. "Hey fatass your dead" the woman took a swift leap towards you with the knife coming toward you. You had no time you choose to.....
