Lucky Break

The doctor decided to use physics to save himself. When Elizabeth dropped him, he did continuous backflips, which constantly changed his center of gravity and allowed him to fall into Elizabeth's chest!

"Ugh! Why you!" she says angrily. The doctor squeezes between her breasts and slides down her belly. Where must he go now?
