Eliza was the Ed, Emily and Richard's mother, and head of the house, she is also a highschool teacher but decided to be a substitute teacher because that gave her more free time to do stuff and take care of the house. Shes 5'5" and weighs 190 lbs, she gained after her 3 child births and couldnt lose the weight.
