You had survived a horrible car accident. Unfortunately you had also shattered several bones in your body, all four of your limbs were in casts.
One bright spot was the super hot nurse Diana who was going to take care of you. You were in your 20's and single, your family was several states over so you weren't going to get any visitors. You tried to make small talk with the blonde bombshell but she was pretty short with you. When the time came for medicine she didn't even respond to your comments.
Finally you said, "Look, I get that you don't know me but I've got no one in the area. I'm bored out of my mind, could you at least talk to me?"
You saw a strange smile come over the nurse's face. Diana looked at you and said, "So you're telling me no one is going to be checking up on you? No one at all?"
You shake your head and sigh sadly. "Nope, it sucks."
