Somewhat to your dismay, it was Cora that answered the door. "Hi (your name)!" She says cheerfully.
"Hi." You say "Is Chloe ready?"
"She's in the shower right now. Why don't you come sit in the livingroom?"
You reluctantly do so, sitting on one end of the sofa while Cora sits on the other. "So, what are you coming over here every day for?" Cora asks as she scoots a little closer. "She's helping me with chemistry class in school." You say. "Is it true you almost blew up the school?" She asks, getting even closer. "No!" You say "All I did was mix the wrong chemicals and set off the smoke alarm, there were no flames, or explosions, or anything." By now Cora is directly next to you, brushing herself against your arm.
"You know what?" You say, standing up. "The recliner looks more comfortable, so I think I'll sit there instead." You had hoped that would give Cora a hint, but instead she just comes over to you and sits in your lap. She swings her legs over the arm of the chair and lays her head against your chest. You found this situation to be extremely uncomfortable, and wondered how you could get her off of you, without hurting her feelings. You couldn't stand the sight of a girl crying, especially a youger one.
Cora looks up at you, and stares directly into your eyes with her bright green ones. For what felt like forever, you just stare back at her, wanting to push her off, but you couldn't move, as though Cora held you in some hypnotic trance. This goes on for a while longer, until Cora begins to lean closer and closer to you, and....
