Mr. weston walked through the bright lights and towering buildings and noisy automobiles of the city. he usually went into this place to bring forth data to the local laboratories. on this particular and somewhat fateful day, jack decided to take a shortcut through an alleyway near a parking lot. as he walked by the apartment stairs and giant dumpsters, he began to smell... pizza. the extra greasy type you would find at a local decades old pizza chain. he also heard chewing sounds that appeared to be coming from behind the dumpster. he hesitantly went over to investigate. now perhaps the last thing the wildlife biologist expected to see was a 5800 pound springer spaniel, chowing down on box after box of warm cheesy goodness. eating like her life depended on it. jack looked on for a moment at the massive pooch, the sheer immensity of her fur, her surprisingly powerful legs holding up all this pudge, and the face of a dog eating to her hearts content, loving every moment of her blissful feast, a dog that seemed to defy logic and reasoning itself. in a way it was beautiful. so beautiful in fact, the trained biologist regressed to a childlike instinct, slowing going up to the lovable beast, and hugging her belly fat with whatever he could grab a hold on. the well-overfed spaniel looked over her shoulder to see who it was, she then made a low barking sound, jack snapped out of his nostalgic euphoria and saw the face of the titanic mutt, "well hello there, little fellow" jack stated "what are you doing out here?" the beyond obese dog came up to him as he sat down on the gravel, the dog then began licking his face as a sign of trust. both jack and this gigantic blubber-dog could tell this was the start of a beautiful friendship. it was then and there the bioligist decided he was going to take her home. only problem, how to keep the public from noticing a near 3 ton elephantine springer spaniel? nearby he sees a bundle of blankets, and a discarded parade float from easter
