Dr. Albiss shook her head as she examined the first two files that she had in her hand.

"Draconians and Lionarians already have some impressive abilities. I need a test subject that is normal before I consider the anthropomorphic races."

The human doctor walked over to her desk and picked up another file. Dr. Albiss examined the file. She was examining Maxwell Heartman, a human U.S. general who volunteered for the procedure. Normally a general wouldn't volunteer themselves to be test subjects unless it were to advance their career.
