Intrigued by the offer being presented, Mark called his friends Dan, Keith, Hanna, Sandra and Alan to convince them to take this job with him. They were all surprised by the offer, but were partially skeptical, half convinced that the offer was an elaborate fraud. However, what drew them in was the premise that there were be 'weird' science going on. Dan and Keith in particular had the old film Weird Science in mind when they saw it.

On that fateful day, Mark and his friends met outside the location and went inside to meet their new boss. They had no idea what they were in for.
