Stretching

You decide, stretch, why not? You start to stretch when you hear the metal churning and see CARA in front of you.

"No no no Sara, you stretch like this!" CARA says while a group of mechanical arms come out of the walls and grab your arms and legs, pulling them in all different directions.

"CARA! STOP THIS HURTS!" you scream, to no avail as they continue for a few more minutes before letting go by dropping you on a yoga mat. You lay down gasping for breath as getting yanked by robot arms is very strenuous. Your body just collapses while lying there and you never want to get up. However, CARA has different plans. The arms pick you up again and stand you up.

"Now Sara, time for your yoga. You usually use this video to aid you so I put it on for you."
