This choice: Follow Poison Ivy (in Batgirl's body) • Go Back...Chapter #5Follow Poison Ivy (in Batgirl's body) by: Syzygy   After the battle with Cassandra Cain, Poison Ivy sure had a headache from the ordeal. It was a hectic fight that tired her out. Throughout it all, she felt that perhaps she should have created more reinforcements from her plant underlings. She gave it her all, and she felt tired enough to surrender before getting knocked out. Unfortunately, she feels different.
Waking up from the fight, Poison Ivy looks around the room, strangely eager to have another go against Batgirl. That girl will pay for ruining her plans, she thought. Immediately, she gets to her feet, determined to prepare for any tricks that her foe plans to dish out. Poison Ivy scans the area, only to realize that Batgirl isn't in sight. Angered an on the offence, she yells out "alright, come out bat-brat before my sweet greens get the better of you." Strangely, she stops after saying it after realizing the strange voice. Irritated, she cries out "Are you copying me!? You bat creeps are getting annoying!" Pamela realizes something. The voice is coming from her! Confused, she looks down at herself and notices the black costume present on her body. She looks at her hands and instead of it being her usual tan skin, it is instead covered in black. Pam moves them around, still unsure, only to see that they move well enough to her will.
Scared by her looks she squeals "Oh dear, I'm bat-boob! Why am I in the body of batboob!" She jump back in shock, only to realize that she moves back a great distance from her spot. Batgirl's peak physique is truly amazing. Pam can't handle this. Batgirl is her enemy, not herself. She feels parts of her body and feels the ultility belt, cape, and costume. Everything seems new, yet vaguely familiar. All of this is weird to take in. Trying to think of a solution, she says "Gotta call Harley before things get worse!"
Pam runs off to go find someone. She realizes that she is much faster in this body than in her previous one. Looking at the wall near her, Pam quickly jumps to it and runs on the side of the building. With a shocked expression, all she can say is "How in the world." Thinking of everything, Pam decides to try to cool her mind and quickly makes her way out of the building.
Heading outside to the rooftop, she takes a look at Gotham and all that it has. The city lights illuminate some areas, while there are other places hidden in the shadows. Taking it all in, Pam wonders if she can find Harley and get her to help.
While she does so, something happens. Someone swoops down behind Poison Ivy, catching her off guard. Startled, Pam turns around and sees...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
