After a few minutes, Melody comes out on top. "Yay! I won again." She announces proudly with Anna's voice. "Now I need to choose something that I would like to try for a bit. Should I get something else from Anna or perhaps something from Josie? I don't know yet"

"Just hurry up and choose something, so that I can get something that I want." Phillip quickly said irritably back to Melody

"I might just swap lives with somebody so I can hang out with you guys over the next several days" Melody said while going down a last she had in her head. "Maybe I can swap lives with Micheal and I can be your best friend Jeremy" She said while winking over to her brother.

"Melody!! Be careful what you say!" Josie said almost yelling at the young teenager. "We don't want to have a mess up and be angry with one another over an accidental phrase being spoken."

"Don't get your panties in a twist." Melody quickly quipped back to the older girl. "I mean it's not like I said 'I want to swap lives with Micheal.' I just said..."

"Melody!" Everyone but Phillip yelled at the same time.

"What?" But she quickly found out that she wasn't sitting in the same spot as she was not even 10 seconds prior. "Crap, I really didn't mean it Micheal. I swear I didn't" Melody said while trying to put out any fires that have flared up.

"Melody it's fine," Micheal quickly assured her. As he was saying this he was looking for some sort of identification to futility verify that this didn't really happen.

"What are you searching for, Micheal?" Melody wondered

"Some identification to see what the switch did." He told her while still searching. He didn't even have his wallet anymore that was in his back pocket. After saying what he was looking for, Melody got up and walked over to her pink and purple backpack and quickly found what she was searching for.

"Is this what you were looking for?" Melody asked Micheal. He quickly grabbed it from her and found out that the swap had taken place.

"I am now Micheal Parker, age 13, grade 8, female" He read off of the card.

"Haha, Micheal is now a 13 year old girl" Phillip laughed at his friend's current situation.

"Well, I am now considered a girl and that means I can get in their locker room" Micheal said back to his friend. "Ouch! What was that for?" After he had said the last comment, Anna quickly smacked his arm.

"I did not think of that." Phillip said as he was now thinking of what to do next.

Just then the door opened up and Cindy, Micheal's former Mom, walked in and told the group. "Micheal, that was your Mom on the phone and it's starting to get late. She would like you and your brother to start going home."

"Umm... OK... Umm... Mrs. Ferguson." He told her. "I, I mean, We will be heading home in a minute."

"Alright, I will give her a call and let her know that you both will be heading home in a minute." She said back as she was closing the door.

"I guess we have to go home brother." Micheal said over to Jeremy. "Better pack up the cards so that nothing else happens. I will take them with me since I found them earlier and to keep you guys from playing with them."

"Awe." was the consensus of the group as Micheal was putting the backpack in his new pink and purple backpack.

He put on the backpack and felt the weight of the books, "Dang Melody, do you not have a locker or anything to store your books at school?"

"I have some homework and a paper to write on the start of World War 2" Melody told him, " Oh and before I forget to tell you. I am going to be having a couple friends come over tomorrow night for a small get together. You know play some games and watch a few movies."

Micheal soon grimaced, "So it's a sleepover? Ok, if I have any questions, I will give you a call for some answers on how what to do and the names of everyone."

"Yeah, not a problem. I have a picture of the girls who will be coming over next to the mirror in my bedroom." She pointed out.

"Alrighty guys, I will see you guys on Sunday to switch back. See you guys then." Micheal said to the group as he headed out the door and to his friend's house. After walking several blocks, they came across Jeremy and Melody's home. It was a quaint light blue home with 2 cars in the drive way.

"Looks like both Mom and Dad are home." Jeremy pointed out.

"I can do this" Micheal told himself, mostly trying to psych himself up for the adventure to come. As they opened the door, Micheal was welcomed by his new Mom for the next couple days.

"Hey sweety, did you have fun over at Melody's birthday?" Jeremy's Mom, Elizabeth, said as she looked over to the door. "Jeremy, it was nice of you to ask your younger sister join you."

"Yeah, not a problem Mom," Jeremy answered as they both headed toward the upstairs to venture to their rooms. "We already ate over there and now we are going to work on some homework"

"Alright, if you need anything, just let me know" Jeremy's Mom answered back. "Oh and Micheal, you need to let me know what you want to do tomorrow for your sleepover tomorrow. Just let me know before you go to bed."

"Ok, Mom, I will do that." Micheal told her as he made his way upstairs to check out his new room.
