A teenager... and friends

Our naked heroine has just enough time to jump down behind a cactus bush next to the doorway of the house

Heather trembles as she tries to maintain an awkward stance similar to the sharp angles of the large cactus plant in the line of sight from the unseen passengers in the loudly idling late-model car.

Then she hears one of the passengers say, "I swear it! I saw what looked like a naked chick right outside that house! Just now!".

In reply, she hears another young male voice saying, "Aww, Mike, man! You're so STONED, bro!". Then, she hears yet another passenger laughing, so she is realizes there are three (or more) people in the car.

"No! I am not kidding, dude! Lemme out of the car! I'll prove it.", insists the first voice, belonging to a boy named 'Mike', apparently.

Eyes darting around for any possible escape routes she can run towards from her yard, Heather sees the back door on the side of the car facing the street opening slightly, while an argument ensues amongst all three or more voices in the vehicle.
