She tossed the underwear over to Tom and simply said "ok, give me yours".
He was nearly shaking as he held the underwear from his sister. Tom turned bright red as he stood up in front of the girls. He looked at the underwear that he held in his hand and saw they were white with some yellow and pink flowers on them. He was momentarily thankful that she did not wear thongs yet.
He kind of stammered there for a while not really sure what to do until his sister chimed in "Just so you know, if you don't do the dare quickly then you lose a piece of clothing, still have to do the dare AND it is still your turn."
Tom wanted no part of that. Feigning modesty, he turned his back to the girls and pulled down his underwear. He was showing them his naked butt but that was much better than showing them his small front side.
The girls laughed and made some comments about his pale white butt. Nothing too crass. More like he was just one of the group but the lowest on the totem pole which is not the place he would expect to be given that he is 4 years older than the girls.
He quickly pulled on the underwear so he is covered. Without turning around his bottom half, he turns his head and arms around and tosses his underwear to Tiffany. She looks at them and starts to slip them on under her skirt.
