An Army Base with an Unmarked Building

You're Private Benjamin Jones, and are stationed at an Army Base in the middle of no where Wyoming. You're originally from Oregon and your Dad was a drill sergeant, so you were an army brat your whole life growing up around such masculine men and figures. His Dad is a solid 6'2" muscular man with the usual army buzz cut and nearly handlebar mustache and now trains cadets in Florida. You, Benjamin, or Ben, are a much smaller 5'9" and 140 pounds, but your shorter statute has people calling you Benny or Benji. While you did show great resilience and perseverance the Army decided you weren't cut out to be a foot soldier, which is fine since you kind of were leaning towards Radar Technician instead, which lead you being on this base in the middle of Wyoming, several miles away from the closest town.
Here at the base you're in Radar school for the mornings, then you got a job cleaning on base at night. The radar classes cover everything from history, to lingo, hands on experience in test pods and more. You know that radar isn't the flashiest job, I mean you could eventually end up on the news helping to track Santa Claus. Your cleaning job helps make some bucks. Most of the time it's gathering the day's garbage from the class rooms or the main radar building, sometimes you gotta pitch in at the Mess Hall but never the unmarked building in the north east corner. It's a rather dull grey building with tinted black windows along the top floor and you have no doubt some kind of experiments are happening in there. You see men in lab coats come and go and they seem to stay at the barracks next to the unmarked building. You occasionally see one or two of them in the mess hall without their coats and wonder what they're up to.

One day you are finally tasked to help clean the unmarked building. What is in there?
